Delivery and return Information

 UK Orders

To ensure you get your delivery as quick as possible we send all orders by Royal Mail 1st class or Tracked 24, orders received will be shipped on the the following working day and any orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday. Excluding bank holidays. Bespoke pens you will be given an estimated delivery day.

All items are sent delivery tracked.

All orders below 2kg are shipped by Royal Mail and normally delivered within 1-3 days after shipping. If an order is not delivered within that time period, Royal Mail do not class the shipment as lost until 15 days.

Order over 2kg may be shipped using a different courier service.

If you wish to check how much the delivery charge will be, add the items you wish to your cart and click on “Shopping Cart” in the top left of your screen. You can then click on “Estimate Shipping & Taxes” to find out the delivery cost.

 

Returns Information

 We always recommend getting proof of postage when returning, if the items are valued at over £20 we recommend getting it signed for.

All International returns MUST be labelled as “returns” if not, you will be required to pay any import duties and taxes that may be due. 

 Faulty Goods

Should an item received be faulty, please let us know and we will replace the item with a tested replacement or issue you with a refund. All returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please enclose a covering letter with the returns number, your name and address and whether you would like an exchange or refund of the item. If you are requesting a refund, the refund will only be made to the payment method used when ordering. When we receive the returned goods we will credit your account with the cost of the goods, we will also refund you our standard delivery cost, we will not refund any additional / upgraded delivery cost such as Royal Mail special delivery costs.

The returned goods will be tested and if found to be faulty, return postage will be refunded up to a maximum of our standard delivery cost, if found to be working the return will be at the customer's expense.

 

Errors in Ordering

If you find that the item you have order is not what you require, you can send the goods back to us for a refund. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted goods to us at your own expense. They however, must be in a resalable condition, i.e. the packaging must be fully intact and the item itself must have suffered no damage. You must notify us of this error within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You must also include a covering letter detailing the reason for the return along with your name and address. This does not affect the consumer's cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you ordered in error and wish a refund, we ask that you return the goods ensuring that they are in resalable condition. Once we receive the item and tested it we will then arrange a refund.

You have a 14 day period starting the day after taking delivery of the goods, to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted goods to us at your own expense. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation, however, should the goods not be received by us then a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. After taking delivery of the goods, if you wish to cancel your order, they must be returned to us in an unopened resalable condition. If any goods are not in stock, you will be contacted and can advise us if you wish to cancel, take an alternative or wait for stock.
